Our Document Specialists have a vital role to play; tasked with delivering outstanding client service and supporting the firm’s 27 network offices and seven legal practice groups worldwide. We’re looking for people who can demonstrate a keen eye for detail and meticulous attention to grammar, punctuation and spelling in all work produced. Advanced Word and legal document knowledge (all practice groups) as well as Excel and PowerPoint are key requirements for these roles.
Document Specialist roles will demand the ability to learn quickly, multi-task effectively and meet strict deadlines and time pressures, as well as upholding complex formats while maintaining quality of production. Freshfields is an equal opportunities employer and all applications received by the firm will be considered by the firm on the basis of their merit alone and we welcome applications from all suitably qualified individuals regardless of background. All offers of employment will be conditional on the candidate having/securing the right to work in the UK and providing the firm with evidence of that right (as required by the Immigration, Asylum and Nationality Act 2006) prior to employment commencing. Freshfields is a Ban the Box employer. We ask applicants to disclose criminal convictions only when a conditional job offer is made.
