About the role

Due to the roll out of our new document control system we are looking for an additional document controller to join our team supporting a site in Sheffield.
As document controller you will be the one who is managing the flow of information and its correct exchange route. Your team will rely on you, so they are everything and your support will help them grow and succeed.
Your role is to manage Documentation reliability for Security, Revision control, availability accuracy and auditability to ensure compliance with organisations management processes, quality assurance and ISO requirements.
To succeed in this role you will need to have demonstrable experience of working in a document control position, ideally for a residential construction company. If you have experience of working with Aconex that would be a real advantage but we would consider candidates that have experience of working with other document management systems. Due to the nature of this position you will need a full driving license and access to a vehicle you can use for work. It is essential you have excellent team work skills and real keen eye for detail.
