Divisional Finance Manager | Agriculture | Agchem
One of our clients is looking for a Divisional Finance Manager to manage all Accounting and reporting of two business divisions within the main business. This will include monthly P&L reporting, balance sheet reconciliations, annual budgeting and forecasting processes, sales / commission reporting, financial support to local commercial management on business initiatives and any ad-hoc business requirements.
This role is for a forward-thinking individual who wants to get very involved with decision making and new ideas. Someone who can drive continuous improvement by challenging processes through managing the team.
The successful individual will have experience in line management, will also be a confident and have the ability to build strong working relationship with all levels across the business. They will also be a team player and be able to get the best out of the whole team.
Qualified Accountant (CIMA / ACA / ACCA) with a good level of working experience in accountant is essential
Past experience managing a team
Ideally from an Agricultural / Agchem or Agchem Manufacturing background
Live near Newbury - but open to travel to other offices
