Through your passion and motivation, you sell memorable experience to guests who stay in your property. You are professional and knowledgeable about the properties, and you build strong relationships and create bond with the guests.

What you will be doing:

• Leading a team of 4 Hotel Sales Managers who drive sales for 5 Mercure Hotels and one unbranded hotel, in Birmingham West, Cardiff North, Telford, Nottingham, Harlow and Bedford. Hotels are managed by Accor Hotels UK for the Owner PROARK Hotels UK Ltd.

• Prepare and deliver a Sales strategy for the 6 hotels in order to maximise their full potential

• Your experience and skills include:

• Proven experience in a similar role leading a dynamic multi hotel sales team –4 star international brand

• Ability to lead an empowered & results driven sales team

• You will be an ambassador for the Company and the Brand

• Strong communicator at all levels

• Skilled in sourcing innovative revenue streams adapted to current and future economic climates
