Contribute to Starbucks success by leading and designing the effective and consistent delivery of Partner Resources programs that enhance the mission, purpose, core values, Starbucks culture, and deliverables of the organization. Contribute to the assigned business unit's success by aligning Starbucks Partner Resources functions and shared services with other strategic drivers in the organization. Leveraging your previous experience, we will enable you to: Lead - Setting goals for the work group, developing organizational capability, and modeling how we work together: Identify and communicate key responsibilities and practices to ensure the immediate team of direct reports promotes a successful attitude, confidence in leadership, and teamwork to achieve business results. Support the implementation of Company programs, procedures, methods and practices to promote Starbucks key messages and achieve a competitive advantage. Plan and Execute - Develop strategic and operational plans for the work group, managing execution, and measuring results: Develop annual operating plan and budget, and quarterly forecast updates. Lead the design, development and implementation of the Partner Resources strategic plan and tactics for the designated customer group in collaboration with talent acquisition, total pay, and learning and development departments. Plan and manage business unit and department processes and practices to ensure that programs are aligned with company business goals and objectives. Prepare, communicate and educate client groups and team on changes in policies and practices within the organization. Work in coordination with business leaders and designated financial representative to ensure cost efficiencies through the appropriate allocation of financial resources and utilization of tracking tools and measurements. Develop Partners & Team Building - Providing partners with coaching, feedback, and developmental opportunities and building effective teams: Challenges and inspires partners to achieve business results. Conducts and ensures the completion of performance reviews. Ensures partners adhere to legal and operational compliance requirements. Oversee training and development of partners directly and indirectly managed and make effective staffing decisions. Provide coaching, direction and leadership support to team members in order to achieve partner, business and customer results.We’d love to hear from people with: Eight or more years of advanced experience in consulting with senior leaders in the design, development and execution of HR strategies and initiatives, including change management, learning and development, talent acquisition, succession planning and performance management Eight or more years of leadership and management skills managing an HR team with multi-functional generalist accountabilities in talent acquisition, partner relations, L&D and organizational development Eight or more years with progressive experience providing HR services in a high-growth, matrixed environment Strong people management experience and employee development Let us give you the opportunity to be part of something bigger than yourself.
