We are seeking a highly motivated senior level manager to ensure the hardware and software components of our GPUs are brought together as effectively as possible to maximise the value in the end product. You will be a dedicated and passionate individual who has a track record of technical proficiency, engineering management and leading through influence. Job Description You will lead a medium-sized technical team of working across 3 different sites in Europe which is part of the wider Mali GPU development group spread across 4 countries in 2 continents. Your team ensures that both hardware and software components of our GPU products are integrated effectively so that they can generate characterisation metrics that influence our GPU development. Your responsibilities are to: Take the lead in devising and defining how a combined hardware and software product should be built and integrated in terms of methodology and best practice Engage and work with the Arm Mali commercial teams to agree on GPU product configurations that should be developed and supported by Arm Provide characterisation data on Mali GPUs throughout their development and into their maintenance periods Manage, develop and grow the team of technical managers and engineers in your organisation. Education & Qualifications: A university degree in Computer Science, Electronics Engineering or related subject is desired, although other disciplines will also be considered with relevant experience.
