A digital agency specialising in working with Medical and Pharmaceutical clients are looking for a permanent Digital Project Manager to join their team in Reading. The Digital Project Manager will be a key member of the implementation team working on the planning, leading, motivating and organising the agile teams to achieve a high level of project success.
You will be working on key public and government led projects, following specific standards that will be required to be met across the full lifecycle. Projects that you will be working with will be within the digital sphere including website builds, software applications, mobile application builds and digital transformation.
The Digital Project Manager will key in business decisions that build upon high performing teams, with people who are excited by the work they are taking on. The Project Manager will involve regular interaction with senior stakeholders and management.
The Digital Project Manager must have worked in an Agency environment, preferably working with medical and Pharmaceitucal clients.
Digital Project Manager responsibilities:
- •Working with the product owners and managers on scope, focusing on project delivery and value.
•Leading, organising and facilitating agile ceremonies.
•Preparing regular reports and burn down charts.
•Assuring that the product and projects that have been completed have been built to the highest standard.
•Managing customer expectation for deliverables, communications and effective system of project governance.
•Communicating plans and strategies, giving a sense of direction and self-team purpose.
Key skills for the Digital Project Manager to have:
- •Worked in a digital environment on various website builds, mobile applications or software implementations.
•CMS knowledge including platforms such as WordPress, Umbraco or Drupal.
•Travel to clients and meetings across the South East.
•Worked with pharmaceutical clients across digital projects.
