Digital Marketing Manager – Wolverhampton or Cambridgeshire Successful candidates will: Demonstrate expertise in website UX and SEO and the ability to deliver measurable change Consistently produce high quality content for all marketing outlets, website and printed documents Identify and recommend relevant marketing campaigns for the business and drive these through to completion if approved Raise the ADAS profile by achieving higher attendance rates at events, increasing press coverage, increasing website traffic, increasing residence time and growing social media profile Oversee and grow the business’s social media presence Produce and edit short videos for website and social media Build strong internal relationships with key staff to ensure engagement with the marketing strategy and maximise potential marketing opportunities from within the business Work effectively under pressure and manage own workload Skills and experience: At least 3 years’ experience in digital marketing Strong commercial focus, deliver ROI for marketing campaigns Dynamic, self-motivated and apply experience and skills to marketing campaigns Exceptional written communication skills with a high level of attention to detail (grammar, punctuation, spelling etc.) Good verbal communications skills and ability to influence at all levels Excellent organisational skills A good understanding of the ADAS business offer and the sectors we serve Full UK driving licence Salary and benefits £commensurate with experience Contributory pension scheme A flexible benefits programme, including the option to buy additional holidays and private health care Regular training and development The business ADAS is the UK’s largest independent provider of agricultural and environmental consultancy, research and development, and policy advice.
