Digital & Marketing Analyst - £Competitive Salary - Plus Benefits - Bucks - J10951
This well-known retailer is looking for an individual to join their Data Insights Group with a focus on digital retail performance and marketing investment. You will bring experience of Big Data tools, in depth understanding of Google Analytics and a knowledge of data flows within Social Media alongside clear understanding of the paid search model. You will be supporting senior operational management to grow the business through identifying and developing commercial opportunities.
Role & Responsibilities
·Support build & technical delivery of insights that inform Digital and Marketing teams.
·Monitor and evolve the Media & Digital KPI framework.
·Maintain a roadmap that accommodates a baseline of regular performance.
·Assist in the management of supporting analytics agencies in their production and scaling of big data sets.
·Provide accurate, timely and relevant performance analytics and reporting.
·Identify habits of online customers and suggest ways to reach a broader audience.
·Identify testing opportunities for development to maximise conversion and analyse the results of on-site testing.
·Create first class omni-channel reporting in Alteryx/Tableau/Big Query platforms.
·Create strong relationship with 3rd party analytics agencies (Google analytics; etc).
·Analyse the behaviour of different customer segments to allow the teams to create a customised onsite experience.
Experience & Skills Required
·Educated to degree level in a relevant discipline.
·Have highly attuned analytical skills.
·Possess strong research skills combined with Numerical skills.
·Experience of working in a commercial finance role is essential.
·Extensive experience in Web analytics from reporting & insights perspective.
·Supreme understanding and usage of Google Analytics; usage of Alteryx/Tableau, Google Big Query analytics very beneficial
·Translate and conceptualize statistical information into commercial actions.
·Confident in analysing digital journeys and sales funnels.
