The Digital andClassroom Education Executive willwork closely alongside the Regional Sales and Education Manager and the GlobalEducation Team to ensure consistency in service excellence, drive productivityand sales in all boutiques across the region through the use of Digitaltraining and regular Be the Best and Update classroom training.
TheDigital and Classroom Education Executive will work with the Regional Sales andEducation Manager to ensure brand standards are met nationally.

Be the driver and ambassador to ensurefull engagement and regular usage of the Digital E Platform and We Love Retailto all Boutique teams
Tocoach and train the teams to sell our brand products and achieve retail salestargets set by the brand and Regional Sales Manager.
DevelopIn store coaches to ensure education excellence in every boutique
Hostregular Be the best and education update workshops to drive the sell through ofnew launches/limited life collections.
Achieve all KPI’s as outlined by the RegionalSales and Education Manager/Global Education.
Support and develop In Store Coachesand teams to ensure all JML employees have the necessary skills required to successfullyachieve brand KPI’s.
Lead by example through deliveringexceptional customer service levels at all times.
Driveservice standards through coaching/feedback and the execution of the ServiceAccreditation Programme through introduction in Be the Best
Liaisewith the Global Education team and Regional Sales and Education Manager to createworkshops that maintain and improve levels of service in the boutique.
Planfor full training in store with full Boutique team on all new store conceptroll outs
Planand prepare and coordinate all Christmas inductions through upskilling instorecoach and Boutique Managers
Coordinateand cost all Be the Best and Update training in London and Regionally to ensurethey are within budget
Challengeall travel and accommodation costs to ensure we are always looking for anopportunity to spend any budget wisely
Workwithin specific budget as defined by the National Sales and Education Director
Actively challenge and look for newways or working
Provideregular feedback to Regional Sales Manager detailing results of E learning andWe Love Retail
Reportmonthly on all service KPIS and agree actions with Regional Education and SalesManagers
Reviewand maintain Education budget with a view to save if possible
Prepareand coordinate all classroom training with support from Global Education
Networkwith other sister brand and TR to share best practice and look for new ways orworking
Regularlytouch base with all Instore coaches to ensure all fully supported and developedwithin role.
