Desktop Support Analyst
This is an exciting opportunity to work in a global environment, utilizing existing and developing new skills through innovation and critical thinking to deliver outstanding IT support to global IDBS employees.
As a member of the IT department, the Desktop Support Analyst will:
Work with other members of the team to share responsibility for the maintenance of the IT Support Helpdesk.
Document all calls, prioritizing as required, and bringing up necessary calls to internal support or outside vendors, to ultimately coordinate the successful and expedient resolution of all queries.
Deliver excellent interpersonal skills and an organized approach, with the ability to adapt and respond to ad-hoc queries in a timely manner.
We’re looking for a candidate with experience of;
Troubleshooting and diagnosing server/desktop related problems, implementing corrective action procedures and/or escalate to other technical resources as appropriate.
Acting as a liaison for the computing operation, communicating, resolving, and/or initiating the resolution of problems and concerns.
Supporting all servers and operating systems standard to the company environment (i.e Win2008., Win2012, Win7, Win8, Active Directory 2012, Office 2007/2010/2013/Office365, Apple OS etc.).
Candidates who areMTA/MCITP certified are desirable but not essential as team guidance and on the job training will be available.
