Mill River Lodge care home is situated in the picturesque West Sussex town of Horsham and is close to the town centre with all its shops and amenities. The superb purpose built care home provides 70 spacious en-suite bedrooms divided equally into 7 separate self-contained wings each with their own lounge and dining areas and team of dedicated professional care staff. The care of the individual is our highest priority. Each resident’s privacy and dignity is at the very heart of our philosophy and the atmosphere is warm and welcoming.

As a Registered Nurse you will have a minimum of 6 months nursing experience, and be passionate about delivering person centred care. You will have current NMC registration, up to date clinical practices, and evidence of continual professional development. You will provide excellent clinical support and supervision to your team to ensure the safe, smooth and efficient running of the service.
You will be given support and training to develop your clinical skills and management skills, including opportunities to gain qualifications at Masters level. We offer a quality work/life balance that is second to none, with full time or part time hours.About The Company
