We are looking to recruit an experienced Data Specialist with previous experience in a construction environment to join our Business Information Team. The successful applicant will provide support to our capital delivery team who have responsibility for our Better Neighbourhoods Investment Programme. About you: In order to be successful in this role candidates will need to demonstrate; Experience of contract monitoring and strong analytic and data evaluation skills, with a keen eye for detail; Demonstrable knowledge of best practice / experience in the construction industry; Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective and productive working relationships with colleagues, framework contractors and consultants; Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite, in particular the use of Microsoft Excel. Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines; Previous experience in using Keystone (particularly the Planned Maintenance module) is highly desirable.
