We are looking to recruit a Data Assistant to join our Finance team. We are looking for someone to join the team on a 12 months fixed term basis or, if you’re interested we are happy to offer this role with a level 3, Business Administration apprenticeship, which would run for 18 months.
What does a Data Assistant do? I hear you ask… well for every client our lawyers work with, a number of essential checks need to be performed. You will be part of the friendly, hardworking team that carry out this essential background work. You will be responsible for ensuring all the data is processed in a professional and timely manner, with quality of data and client information maintained at the highest standard.
Ideally you will already have an interest in data processing work, but don’t worry we’re not expecting you to have experience of the whole role, we will provide full training on our processes, procedures and in-house systems. We will be looking for candidates who have a keen eye for detail and be able to work accurately to maintain the integrity and quality of our data.
You will enjoy communicating with people at all levels and your colleagues in the wider finance team. You can expect to become a 'go to' person for enquiries and will always be ready to respond in an efficient and professional manner.
A good working knowledge of MS Office applications (Outlook especially) is essential.
