Customer Support Executive
Location : Wokingham
Salary £23,000 – £28,000
My client who are based in Wokingham are looking for a Customer Support Executive to join their team. We are looking for candidates who are able to provide excellent customer customers and are able to work in a busy and demanding environment. We are looking for candidates who are able to build strong working relationships with customers over the phone.
Main purposes of job
Answer 1st line customer support telephone calls and emails, providing exceptional customer care
Build your knowledge of Tax and Accounts by researching and answering questions from customers.
Build your knowledge of our products and use this to offer customers support to ensure they have the best experience and use our products to their fullest potential.
Raise enhancements requests/defects to be reviewed
Respond swiftly to inbound customer telephone calls, where the nature could be either technical or accountancy related ensuring customer support meet agreed SLAs
Respond to assigned support tickets via email and telephone
Keep up to date with all product knowledge
Assist existing and prospective customers with general sales enquiries, taking payments where necessary
Ensure that you are sharing your knowledge and working collaboratively with colleagues to ensure the best customer experience possible is delivered.
Identify areas we can improve on, whether customer facing or internal processes.
Confident, calm and concise telephone manner
Clear communication both written and spoken
