Job Title: Customer Support
Location: Whiteparish (near Salisbury)
Job Type: Full Time, Permanent (8:30am to 5:00pm Monday to Friday)
The company is a market-leading UK electronics company based at Whiteparish, near Salisbury. As part of our busy Sales team you will be a helpful and friendly point of contact for new and existing customers, while working with the rest of the business to make sure customer needs are met.
- First point of contact for customers via email/telephone dealing with their sales enquiries
- Order processing, raising quotations and administration using MRP software.
- Work with our UK, USA and Hong Kong teams to represent the customer internally.
- Support the sales team with reports & analysis to continue the growth of the business
- Organisational skills and attention to detail
- Good numeracy and IT skills
- Ability to work actively within a team as well as independently
- Willingness to learn and develop
- Able to priorities work load
