We are currently recruiting for a part time Customer Services Team Leader. As a Team Leader you support the Customer Services Manager and will help manage the day to day running of the department. This consists of undertaking the Customer Services Duty Manager Role, liaising with other Departments across the park and ensuring the team deserve a high standard of service to all guests.
Candidates should have a passion for delivering exceptional guest service whilst inspiring your team to do the same. A key part of this role is to actively ensure high standards are maintained by having strong leadership and coaching skills.
We are looking for the following skills and experience;
- Someone who can use their initiative and think outside the box
- High standard of written English
- Excellent telephone manner
- Excellent problem solving skills
- Remain calm and composed when under pressure
- The ability to lead the team from the front and empower others
This role is a seasonal role for the remainder of the 2018 season.
