About the role: We currently have an exciting opportunity for 3 Customer Service Officer to join our awesome Customer Service team in Towcester. Our Customer Service team, are going through a big and exciting transformational project, to help deliver the best customer service through both digital and more transactional methods of contact. As a Customer Service Officer, you will help us to develop our online services and you will be integral in this process, as you will deliver service through our new digital channels. This will enable our customers to be able to use our online services, we will have more time to talk to our customers who need our time and support. What we’re looking for: The successful candidate will show bags of passion and energy, they will have the ability to take ownership of customer contact with an aim to seek resolution. You will be able to identify opportunities for service improvement to make it simpler and more consistent for our customers.
