We’re looking for a Customer Service Officer to join us in Athol Street, Isle of Man You’ll be integral to guiding and supporting our valued branch customers We’ll look to you to proactively find ways to enhance their individual banking experience You'll be making our customers lives easier and taking the stress out of banking What you'll do Customers will be at the very heart of your role, making sure they're welcomed into the branch, receive a helpful service and leave feeling that they're really cared for. As the first point of contact when they visit our branches, you'll provide a fantastic experience by: Having great conversations, understanding their needs and helping them with their banking needs Helping our customers understand the different ways they can bank with us and the range of services we can offer Understanding and responding to changing customer needs by recommending and promoting the benefits of banking with us Introducing them to your specialist colleagues and making sure they get the advice that's right for them The skills you'll need We’re looking for a real people person to join us in this role, with a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.
