After a successful year growing our Utility Customer Service Team in Hamilton, we have an exciting opportunity for an Assistant Customer Service Manager to further support our growth with the launch of our Communications Customer Service team on site. Reporting to the Customer Service Manager at the Hamilton site, the right candidate for this role will have extensive experience in all Communication products – telephone landline, Broadband and mobile in terms of customer service and fault diagnosis. The person we are looking for will have strong examples of people leadership and development and a passion for first class service to both customers and our teams. The Role You will be responsible for supporting the recruitment of the right Customer Service Advisors to the team and supporting their experience during induction to the company and our processes. Once the team have completed their induction and joined the call centre floor, you’ll be responsible for the leadership, coaching, motivation and performance management of the team. You will support your team with a wide range of queries such as billing and supporting where services may not be working in order that they can deliver a first class service. You will contribute to the success of the team by achieving your own personal performance objectives and understanding how both yours and your team's contribution affects the overall performance in order to achieve the required targets and KPI's. Working in a fast-paced environment that embraces change, you will use a number of resources to identify opportunities for the further training and development of your team. As an ideal candidate for this role, you should be an experienced team leader, supervisor or performance coach with a proven track record of working within a similar fast paced environment. Telecoms Landline and Broadband product experience are a must for this role.
