We are currently seeking a Customer Service Advisor – Contact Centre based at our Trowbridge campus on a part time basis. Mon - Fri 08:30am – 13:30pm The post holders main job purpose will be to provide high-quality customer service to internal and external customer by phone, email and in person, whilst ensuring that all student databases and records are kept up to date. Within this role you will operate a personal enrolment service for customers calling into our Management Information Services department, manning our main reception desk; answering queries and providing effective advice and guidance. As part of the Contact Centre you will assist the admissions team by processing applications requests into the College system within a timely manner. Within busy periods you will also be required to support the team with additional information which may be required to process applications by email or phone.
