Customer Services Administrator (7 Month contract)

Salary : £18-20k + benefits
My client who are based in Farnborough are looking for a Customer Service Administrator to join their team on a 7 month contract. Ideally, we are looking for candidates who have got experience working in Financial Services and have got excellent communication skills and are confident working within a busy environment. The team provides a centralised administration and client servicing unit to permit end to end processing and management of our client needs. The Business Support team is client and consultant centric. A key requirement is that the team are working together with the consultants and other departments to deliver the highest quality client experience.
Delivery of administration support across a range of financial products and services.
Carry out the appointment making process for Consultants and any additional requests when required, managing this in a timely manner.
Update our back office system, to ensure accurate client data and information throughout the process. Excellent planning and organisation skills
Build relationships with clients, consultants and third parties (professional connections/product providers etc) as part of your regular telephone and occasional face to face contact.
Professional pleasant telephone manner and good administration skills to deliver a true client centric experience to the client bank, building up relationships where appropriate.
To promote teamwork by helping colleagues and consultants to meet client service requirements
Organise and manage time to ensure delivery of agreed Service Level Agreements to meet both consultant and client expectations in terms of timeliness and quality.
Clients - build rapport with clients and develop the relationship over the telephone.
