About the Opportunity

Our Customers deserve an outstanding Customer experience, and we are constantly improving the ways they can communicate with us. Our Contact Centre Team Leader manage and monitor effective performance of our Customer Service team across all channels.
Managing a team of Customer Service Advisors, you will drive performance, and deliver KPI’s, targets and quality standards and, most importantly, ensure customer experience is optimised.
Who are we looking for?
We would love to hear from enthusiastic, confident Contact Centre Team Leaders with experience of working in the retail or financial services sectors.
Our desire to deliver outstanding service means we need Team Leaders who are highly engaged with Customer needs and enjoy dealing with a wide variety of queries. Our Customers need to speak to us when it’s convenient for them, so we open 8am-10pm, 7 days a week. Our Team Leaders work rotational shifts to ensure our teams always have support.
We are looking for people who know how to manage and maximise the performance of others and who demonstrate a natural enthusiasm and ability to engage with your teams and Customers.
