Customer Service Manager - Fire & Security
Salary: £38k - £45k
Hours: Full time
Our Client is a successful, independently owned, national fire & security company. They specialise in the design, installation and maintenance of fire & security systems including Fire Alarms, Emergency Lighting, CCTV, Access Control, Intruder Alarms and Extinguishers.
Due to continued success our client is looking to recruit a Fire and Security Service Manager with a proven background in Fire and security systems in order to review and improve the department's aims and objectives. You will be responsible for a team of 14 engineers.

•Maintaining a close working relationship with the Operations Manager
•Leading and motivating a successful service team.
•Plan, schedule and manage business objectives, delivering to agreed timescales, budget and work commitments.
•Conduct team meetings to discuss, review and plan the operational aims and objectives.
•Take responsibility for any service-related customer queries or complaints and ensuring that these are dealt with efficiently and effectively.
•Building effective customer relations and improving customer satisfaction through communication and service excellence.
•Monitor and improve customer service.
•Implement and maintain business processes for service delivery.
•Manage the day to day operational activities, improve performance, monitor and maintain efficiencies.
•Improve service delivery of preventive maintenance and reactive maintenance.
•Monitor and maintain engineer van stocks.
•Monitor and improve engineer performance.
The Ideal Candidate:
•Previous experience in a management role would be an advantage
•Background in fire and security systems is highly desirable
•Experience with front line resolution of customer queries & excellent service delivery management
Administration and management experience within the Fire & Security sector
•Dedicated to improving customer service
•Effective relationship and communication skills
•Ability to cope under pressure
