About the role
This is a brand new role that sits within our exciting Customer Experience Team with the key objective of rewiring our business around the customer to deliver the service they want in the way they want it. The way it should be.
In this position you will lead and manage a team of up to 15 people who spend the bulk of their time communicating over the phone and via email & social media with our customers, providing expert advice and support to whilst ensuring all requests are captured and handled professionally within or ideally exceeding expectations and our agreed service levels. They are also responsible for helping resolve core issues to improve the overall customer experience.
Your role will be to set the pace and objectives of the team whilst motivating and coaching them to achieve their objectives, both individually and collectively. You will also drive a culture of continuous improvement and think strategically to guarantee efficiencies and improvements in the customer journey are both identified, implemented and rolled out across the business.
You will also need to confidently manage your stakeholders across the business whilst clearly articulating the vision and strategy of the Customer Experience Dept.
