Global Interactive Marketing Online (GIMO) specialise in all aspects of online marketing, website and online games creation in the iGaming, Sports Betting, Poker and Casino industries. Due to the growing demand for our services, we are now recruiting for a “Customer Service Executive” to join our Greek Speaking team on a full time permanent basis.

As part of our lively Customer Service Department, you will be the face of our products for our Greek speaking customer base. You will be communicating with customers via email, online chat and telephone to answer to their queries and inform them regarding our different products. You will also be able to maximise the revenue generated from such customers but building a good relationship with them. As part of the Customer Service Department, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, which will position you in the best place to contribute to the success of the brand.
The Ideal Candidate will:
- Have excellent Greek communication skills (Native level)
- Have a previous experience working as a customer service executive
- Have a good understanding of customer service in an online business
- Be a good communicator and problem solver.
- Be computer savvy
- Be a team player
- Have an ability to understand customer needs and respond to them.
- Must be able to work on a shift basis: our hours of operation are Monday to Sunday, from 8am to 10pm
