As well as answering questions and dealing with incoming customer service enquiries, your role will be about converting incoming enquiries into bookings when appropriate.
This involves engaging with your clients, talking through the various options and prices and making sure they are looked after.
You will be honest and compassionate, offering cancer screening only when it is the right solution.
In addition, you will become a key team member in the office, being involved in administrative duties.

- Experience working in a customer facing or sales related role. This may include retail, hospitality/catering or any field you will provide great customer service.
