Part Time Customer Service Co-ordinator
Location: Beaumont Leys, Leicester
Working Hours: 13.00 to 17.00 Monday to Thursday / 13.00 to 16.30 Friday /19.5 hours per week
Salary: £18,000 PA Pro Rata
Holidays: 24 days plus 8 statutory holidays
Incorporated in July 1981, our client has designed, built and supplied custom battery packs, supplied batteries, battery chargers and battery test equipment to a wide range of industries, including original equipment manufacturers, distributors and medical organisations, for over 35 years.
Due to continued success, out client is currently looking to recruit a Part-Time Customer Service Co-Ordinator to provide excellent customer service and deal with queries quickly, accurately and professionally.
Duties Will Include:
•Incoming Calls: Answering incoming calls, advising customers, taking messages etc
•Customer Orders: Processing customer orders and enquiries received by telephone, post, fax and e-mail. Checking component stock levels to ensure delivery dates can be met. Liaising with Purchasing and Production departments to ensure that delivery dates can be met. Inputting orders onto the system to generate documents for the shop floor. Updating customers on delays/back orders.
•Pro-forma Invoices: Raising pro-forma invoices for customers detailing prices, carriage and VAT.
•Returns: Identifying problems from customers on items they wish to return, arranging collections and raising new route cards for replacements if necessary.
•Quotations for UK and Overseas Customers: Providing support to Customer Service colleagues where overseas and UK enquiries are received and require quotations and general account administration.
•Previous use of SAP Business One an advantage
•Office based customer services experience essential
