About the Job
Temporary (approx. 12 weeks), Full Time (37.5 hours per week)
Here at Fresh Property Group, we are now looking for a Customer Service Assistant to join us at Bridge House, Glasgow.
Keeping exceptional customer service at the forefront of your mind, you will provide a responsive reception service and be the first point of contact for tenants and prospective tenants. Based at the front desk, you will deal with customer enquiries via social networks, email, telephone and in person. You will conduct viewings, giving appropriate advice to potential tenants when required. The Customer Service Assistant will also receive and process payments, monitor and chase rent arrears and undertake inspections of the student flats and rooms, assessing their condition. A key part of this role will also involve guiding prospective tenants through the booking process and following up on all enquiries through our enquiry system. In addition you will be responsible for managing the incoming post and parcel flow and informing residents of their package arrival.
About You
We’re looking for a creative individual who enjoys working in a customer focused environment. With good administration skills and a meticulous eye for detail. You will enjoy running social events, be competent using social media and have experience using Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook, Word and Excel.
