We have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Assistant to join us at our Chew Magna convenience store working 22 hours per week on the following days
Monday 1.30pm to 10.00pm
Wednesday 7.00am to 1.15pm
Saturday 6.00am to 2.30pm
The role of the Customer Service Assistant can be very wide ranging with duties ranging from stock replenishment and till operation, to merchandising and complaint handling. To ensure that we deliver the best customer service we offer a comprehensive training programme to develop colleague potential. If you aspire to develop a career within the society, there are various trainee schemes available.
Please note that manual handling is an essential part of the job. You will need to be flexible in terms of working hours and willing to work additional hours as and when required to cover busy/peak trading periods and staff absence/holidays.
