Customer Service Advisor Location: Trowbridge Full Time - 37 hours p/week Permanent Salary: £16,928 per annum Wiltshire College & University Centre is the main provider of further and higher education in Wiltshire and is fast on its way to becoming outstanding having achieved a good Ofsted grade in June 2018. We are currently seeking a Customer Service Advisor to join our team based at our Trowbridge campus on a full-time, permanent basis. Mon - Thurs 08:30am – 17:00pm Fridays 08:30am – 16:30pm On a rota basis to cover reception – you will be required to start one morning at 08:00am and one evening per week until 18:30pm. The post holders main job purpose will be to provide high-quality customer service to internal and external customer by phone, email and in person. Within this role you will provide an enrolment service to customers and will be the first point of contact for customers visiting the Trowbridge campus. You will cover reception on a rota basis, answer student queries and process online applications and enrolments for Trowbridge courses.
