Mpeople Recruitment is currently seeking an experienced Customer Service Advisor on a temporary basis for an extremely well known business based in Leeds. This is a temporary opportunity for approximately 4 weeks paying £8.50 per hour. This is a fantastic opportunity to secure a role in a very reputable company and could potentially be extended further.

About the role:
You will be required to work as part of a team to deliver great customer service to our colleagues and key stakeholders. The company has high expectations that you are able to complete tasks and queries within the required time frames, effectively resolve customer questions and queries.

What you'll need:
- Exceptional customer service skills, and capable of speaking to colleagues on the telephone
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent written and verbal communication skill
- The ability to adapt to support changing work demands
- Computer literate with the ability to learn new systems and work across a number of systems
In order to succeed you must have prior experience within a similar role, as this is a temporary job you will need to be available and required to register and interview at short notice.
