Our client are a market leading organisation based in the centre of Leeds.
They are currently seeking enthusiastic and customer focused individuals to join their remortgage team where you will manage remortgage case files from instruction to completion.
This is a busy and varied role, requiring excellent organisational and communication skills along with the ability to juggle a busy workload.
The successful candidate will have strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Experience of working in a busy and demanding customer service role whether that be phone, retail of hospitality based would be beneficial.
Duties will include:
•Telephone liaison with the client, borrowers and other external institutions
•Working towards monthly completions targets whilst maintaining quality standards
•Identify and take ownership of potential issues, reporting them to your Team Leader
•Where possible, identify process improvements
•Ensure that all inbound and outbound correspondence, telephone calls, faxes and emails are actioned to agreed service standards and a highly professional level
•Update of case manager computer systems
•Correctly interpret redemption statements and search results
•Date-set of files, Draft Transfer of Equity and Deeds of Postponement
Shifts, Salary and Training:
•This is an exciting opportunity to join and expanding professional services organisation based in Leeds as my client are going through a period of growth.
•Salary will initially be £16,500
•Monday to Friday: 09.00am-17.30pm with no weekend/ bank holiday work.
•Full training for the role is provided and will commence on the proposed start date.

Full training is provided* with a start date of MONDAY 5TH AUGUST.
