We are currently recruiting for a market leading law firm based in Huddersfield who are currently looking to expand their Personal Injury Claims team.
This is a busy role where you will be responsible for managing new client claims and enquiries, dealing with a volume of telephone calls and establishing the details of the case. The successful applicant will have excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a busy environment.
Ideally you will come from a legal background with knowledge of processing claims from a previous role.
The role involves;
•Responding to a consistently high volume of incoming enquiries that will be processed over the phone
•Processing those enquiries in accordance with excellent standards of service
•Identifying the enquiries which meet the criteria and introducing those clients to the panel of solicitors
•Building effective relationships with clients by use of appropriate questioning and questioning
•Ensure that all enquiries are handled in accordance with SLA's and Claims Management Regulations
•Use of computerised system to record claims from being received to transferring to solicitors.
•Explaining the benefits to clients about using the firms service
•Provide accurate work that requires only minimal checks
