A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join the telesales team of our client, a family owned foodservice supplier and the market leader in the South West. Are you an outgoing, motivated person who finds it easy talking to and building successful relationships with a wide selection of people? Do you have a positive outlook and are passionate about providing excellent customer service? Are you organised and able to work under pressure? Experience of telesales, as well as Outlook, Word and Excel is preferred but not essential as full training will be given. Most importantly they want the right person to join their team who in abundance has the ‘can do, will do’ approach to help support their customers.
As the successful candidate your primary duty will be to capture their customer’s weekly food orders on the telephone from an established ledger of trading accounts. As part of this order capture process you will be required to promote in special offers and enter all information onto their computer system.
As part of the team, as well as making outbound calls to your own sales ledger you will be required to receive incoming calls from other customers. This will be to take their orders and/or resolve any queries or questions they may have.
In all customer contact, great customer service must be delivered at all times.
