Looking to kick start your career in the IT industry? We are currently recruiting for the position of Customer Engineer.
+ To diagnose and make minor repairs and to replace modules on EPOS, Self-Checkouts, PCs, workstations and peripherals, first line maintenance on ATMs and kiosks.
+ Responsible for installation, maintenance and repairs on equipment within an assigned territory/region to ensure continuity of customer operations and a high levels of customer satisfaction
+ Responsible for ownership of customer problems or incidents until the situation has been resolved to the customers satisfaction and or in compliance with agreed upon Service Level Agreements
+ May require prolonged travel, carrying and lifting tool kit/parts of varying weights. May require bending/squatting, walking/standing /sitting for prolonged periods. May be required to work on rotating shifts
+ Vehicle/tools/laptop/Android phone and all other required tools are provided
+ The role requires the ability to work on your own with minimal supervisions and to be able to manage your time effectively and pro-activelyBASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
+ Full UK driving license
+ Training will be provided to the right candidate, but experience is preferred in break/fix, IT, computer/mechanical repair and basic computer hardware and software knowledge
+ Experience with Windows operating systems
+ Experience in PC hardware maintenance
+ Works well with minimal supervision, good problem-solving skills, ability to pick up new skills quickly, ability to work under pressure
+ Excellent interpersonal skills/customer relationship skills required
+ High level of mechanical/electrical aptitude
