We are recruiting for a Customer Care Advisor in the Castleton area of Rochdale.
As a Customer Care Advisor you will need to have:
- You will need to organised and able to work in a fast paced environment.
- You will need to be comfortable dealing with incoming customer calls and provide support
- Enthusiastic and focused individual who enjoys resolving customer queries.
- Takes ownership for updating customer records-Good IT skills needed
- Empathetic when dealing with customers
Details of the Customer Care Advisor role
Working hours: Monday to Thursdays 10am to 6pm and Fridays 10am to 3.30pm
Location: Castleton area of Rochdale
Pay: £8.21 an hour
Duration: This is a permanent opportunity with your probationary period worked via Extra Personnel's books
Role of a Customer Care Advisor
- Handle all customer orders and enquiries and enter them onto systems
- Keep and organised system of documentation
- Communicate with the team
- Process of any customer returns/refunds
