Role: R0101794 Customer Account & Change Co-ordinator

We are currently looking to offer an opportunity as an Account and Change co-ordinator to work with fin tech giants like Monzo, Revolut and a range of older household brands such as Lloyds and HSBC etc….
This department looks after the entire card distribution process for these businesses. As an Account and Change Co-ordinator you will be working in a diverse team of 12 and approximately 3-4 clients at any given time. Working hours are Monday to Friday 9:00am to 5:30pm. Due to Covid19 all work is currently remote and come October there is the potential that the office will run a one day a week in the office requirement, but all other days will be remote.
Your job will mean that whilst we provide ample training and support you will be trusted with owning your workload and clients. No micromanagement. There’s a lot on offer to keep the role interesting as you’ll not only have personal ownership but the opportunity to work with Senior Financial stakeholders and build your experience on numerous projects associated with the well-known brands mentioned above. We have plenty of opportunity for progression, as well as examples of staff members progressing into Project Management or Sales as a result of their experience in the department.
The ideal candidate will have had commercial exposure to Microsoft office applications and Oracle ERP system typically used for account management. Given the role is rather in depth we’re hoping to discuss your background and skills around account and customer management as well so any experience would be highly beneficial.
