About the Job
As a credit control team leader you will be reporting into the group credit manager, your responsibilities will include but not limited to:
- Chasing outstanding company debt via telephone
- Handling the sales ledger for the larger accounts
- Oversee the work of 3 credit controllers
- Motivate and drive the team to hit individual and team KPI`s
- Building client relationships
- Resolving any account or invoicing queries
- Bank reconciliations
- Ensuring the sales ledger is well maintained
For this position the best suited credit control candidate will have the following experience:
- Previous experience of a senior position or managing a team within a credit control environment - Essential
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal - Essential
- Ability to piroitse workload - Essential
- Account management experience - Essential
- Experience of hitting company targets - Essential
- Ability to motivate staff to ensure KPI`s are hit -Essential
- Can work well under pressure - Essential
On offer for the right candidate is a annual salary between £23,000 - £25,000 + bonus + car parking + pension
