To work with an expanding national and international client base providing aa full range of services. You will be building relationships with a wide range of clients, as the team continually seeks to deliver an exceptional quality of service to those clients. You will be part of a team that undertakes tax work on a standalone basis as well as playing an integral role in supporting a wide range of transactions. Working collaboratively to develop the business by providing exceptional client service. Working on a national and international scale, highlights include advising on major M&A and private equity transactions, real estate development and acquisitions, investment structures and financing transactions, as well as tax litigation and employee related advisory work.
Specific duties will include:
There will be opportunities to take on a sector focused role and to build your profile both within the firm and externally. In addition to dealing with general advisory work, M&A, corporate restructurings, international tax issues, real estate and funds work, there will be opportunity to develop specialisms in strategic areas.
The corporate tax team works closely with the high-profile private wealth team and there will be opportunity to develop skills that enable you to provide a seamless service to clients requiring both business and private wealth advice.
Seeking a driven and ambitious tax professional. As well as being commercially focused and technically strong, we are looking for someone who wants to take responsibility quickly in an atmosphere that supports and rewards commitment and collaboration.
A focus on detail and the quality of client delivery is critical.
They would look to support you in developing your skills rapidly and in taking on early responsibility for both transactional and advisory work.
My client also has a strong record, and a very high pass rate, in supporting recently qualified individuals who wish to take their CTA exams.
The role will be based in Bristol head office and, will involve some travel to the London office also.
