Do you have a minimum of ten years of experience in a management role encompassing all aspects of the construction industry?
A construction company with a reputation for high quality work and reliability throughout Herefordshire and the surrounding areas has an opportunity for a Contracts Manager to assist in the development and scheduling of new projects.
The key responsibilities of a Contracts Manager include, but are not limited to:
•Client/design team/subcontract liaison.
•Monitoring workmanship/quality/scheduling during contract.
•Assisting with final account.
