This is an highly business critical role to support the on going relationship with and development of our commercial relationships with key customers. Reporting to the Head of Customer Service Sales, this role will support the on going development of the commercial elements of or contracts by:
Being the principal point of contact for allocated opportunities or customers contract management
Maintaining good relationships with existing customers, as well as potential customers, through provision of a high quality service
Maintaining and improving Dematic’s image as global leader in automation, by adopting an honest, professional and attentive approach
Liaising with New Project Sales Managers, Customer Service Sales Managers, Regional Maintenance Managers, Field Operations Account Managers and others involved in our on going relationships and management of customers.
Liaising with, and interpreting customers’ requirements into:
- Resource Estimation
- CS solution
- CS programme
- Spare Parts Estimates
- Contract Costing sheet
- Offer document
- Contract Schedules
Liaise with internal engineering departments and external sub-contractors to develop the proposal
To be successful in this hugely important and business focused position, you will be an experienced estimating bid manager steeped in delivering successfully to a vaierty of customers.
You will be:
- Degree qualified
- Experienced in the use of Autocad and having advanced excel skills
- Proven experience of developing suitable material handling solutions (ideally)
- Experience of costing to a suitable level of accuracy
- Experience of delivering presentations to customers
