Contracts Administration Manager

The Contracts Administration Manager will manage the contract management system and contract review process for Europe and the Americas for the entire Group. This will include loading all current active legal documents into the system and being the focal point for entering, routing and monitoring all legal requests going forward. The Contracts Administration Manager will serve as a single point of contact for contract requests and will ensure a consistent and efficient approach to managing contract filing and processing for each of groups three platform companies. Additionally, the Contracts Administration Manager will review routine contracts, provide comments to them and negotiate them to conclusion under the supervision of internal legal counsel.
Processes all internal requests for contract review including entry of agreements into the contract management system, managing and recording all necessary contract-related correspondence and documentation, providing feedback/updates to the applicable business partners and legal counsel, and calendaring applicable targets and deadlines.
Provides comments on nondisclosure agreements and standard contracts as applicable and under the guidance of internal legal counsel.
Monitors the status of open projects and follows up as needed to ensure completion or closure of all projects and that all applicable signatures are obtained.
Continually monitors open contracts to follow up on terminations, extensions, renewals, etc. as appropriate.
Negotiation of standard contracts, under the supervision of in-house counsel
Manage the contract management system, including the implementation of system upgrades and enhancements.
- University degree or paralegal certificate
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a paralegal or contract management role
- Demonstrates excellent organisational, document management and communication skills
- Experience in reviewing standard terms and conditions and nondisclosure agreements
- Proficient in email, Microsoft Word and Excel, and document management
- Ability to work on assignments independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Dedication to seeing projects through to completion and following up as needed
- Demonstrates ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
