About the Role This is an excellent opportunity for a resilient and passionate individual with management experience in a social care environment to be part of the management team at Personalised Support Team (PST) North. The purpose of this role is to lead the implementation, growth and compliance of the service. Rated ‘Good’ by CQC, PST North provides supported living services, community out reach and floating support services to vulnerable adults who may have mental health issues, learning disabilities and physical needs across North Nottinghamshire and Derbyshire. Reporting to the Branch Manager, you will be the liaison for all new business enquiries and manage the operational implementation of these services. You will develop, negotiate and implement all new and existing contracts. In addition, you will take a lead role in recruitment and induction of new staff and ensure training compliance for all staff. About You With significant experience of working in health or social care and/or related environment, you will lead and implement change to deliver service improvements and have the credibility to inform and influence at all levels. In addition, you will have excellent communication skills and good customer relations. You will be confident, resilient, flexible and have strong organizational skills with the ability to work and respond to challenging & changing situations. You will also be able to prioritise and ensure all quality requirements are met. You will need to have a valid driving licence as there will be travel involved.
