Commercial Account Handler
Our client has opportunities for experienced insurance professionals to provide excellent service to our clients, covering all aspects of their insurance arrangements. Working with a portfolio of clients, you will provide advice and support on all their insurances and help develop the range of policies they hold with us, working alongside the Account Executive. With excellent negotiation skills, you will confirm terms and quotations, ensuring renewals remain competitive, handle mid-term changes, address day to day queries, mentor other colleagues and identify opportunities to cross-sell other products.
With demonstrable experience, in a commercial insurance broking environment, you will be accustomed to achieving results and delivering exceptional service to clients. You’ll be confident and proactive with the ability to build effective working relationships with clients, insurers and your work colleagues. A team player, you will also be able to work autonomously, planning your own workload and adapting to sudden changes in the priorities. With good general IT skills, you will be quick to learn our insurance software (Acturis) and keep up to date with technical, legal and market developments.
