About the Role of Client Support Executive
This is a newly created role and will report to the Head of Account Management.
The Client Support / Customer Success Executive is very much seen as en entry level Account Manager role and would suit someone who either has come from a Sales Support, Account Management / Account Support or Customer Service background who is looking to move into Account Management / Customer Success or someone with some Account Management experience who is looking to make a move and develop their experience further.
You will be supporting a Key Account Manager on a day to day basis in helping build relationships with some highly valuable clients across EMEA as their go to person for client support activities whilst driving usage &.renewals, onboarding new clients and responding to queries from clients via email and phone and providing training and support face to face or via web meetings (WebEx).
You will also look to identify new prospects / new users within existing accounts as well as targeting key accounts for growth to pass onto the Key Account Manager.
We very much see this role progressing either into a Business Development or Key Account Manager role and this would therefore suit an ambitious individual who see themself progressing further.
- Passionate about providing high level account management and delivering excellent customer service whilst remaining commercially focussed
- Minimum of 18 months experience of working in Account Management or high level customer service / sales support role
- Goal orientated and ambitious
- Ability to meet deadlines with excellent attention to detail
- Excellent organisational, presentation and communication skills
- Degree educated with an interest in Business & Economics
