An exciting and challenging opportunity has arisen for two suitably experienced and capable individuals to join the Client Services Team at a time of growth.
Reporting to the Client Services Team Leader, the postholders will be responsible for following and progressing opportunities through to completion, liaising with colleagues across the business using the CRM system and other internal systems to manage any commercial opportunity.
The Client Services Executive will be required to ensure services are provided to customers in a timely fashion in accordance with contract requirements and group strategy. There will also be the expectancy that the Client Services Executive will identify new and additional opportunities and present and up sell the sales value proposition directly and via the Business Development Managers, making field-based appointments were appropriate.
A primary function of the role is to ensure customers are regularly updated with progress regarding a quotation and ensuring the customer has a single point of contact that will manage their enquiry. In addition to this, the postholder will coordinate with other internal staff to facilitate the quote as needed.
Client Services Executive Responsibilities:
•Answer incoming calls in a prompt, professional and polite manner, assessing any opportunities presented and ensuring the required work is distributed and recorded on the company CRM software.
•Timely and accurate production of quotations and estimates
•Ensure contracted services are provided in compliance with contract requirements.
•Source completed job information from responding service centres and subcontractors
•Update group CRM database with relevant information to facilitate accurate monthly reporting.
•Assisting with monthly KPI and MI generation for Business development Managers and National Account Managers
•Daily reporting against open enquiries
•Create purchase orders as required for subcontractors and suppliers to support group services.
•This list is not exhaustive and the postholder will required to undertake additional tasks for which the postholder is qualified and experienced to undertake
Client Services Executive Requirements:
•Possess sales skills and be commercially aware along with experience of aftersales and upselling products and/or services
•Excellent IT skills using all Microsoft applications (Essential)
•Ability to navigate databases including bespoke software (Essential)
•Demonstrate professional written and verbal communication skills
•Ability to clearly communicate information in a written format and the ability to use initiative essential proactive approach
•As there will be the requirement to travel in the pursuance of Company business, a clean UK driving licence is essential.
