Cleaner (Part Time)
Salary: £8.75 per hour + holiday
Contract: 6 months fixed term contract

The Cleaner Role
They are currently looking to recruit a hardworking cleaner who is willing to work 20 hours per week. Flexibility is essential and we require somebody to work on 5 days Monday – Friday, hours to be agreed. You will be working alongside another cleaner and you will need to cover periods of sickness and holiday.
They are based in Loughborough and has three office sites in close proximity, all of which include a small kitchen area and toilets. The successful applicants will be expected to clean the main site every day and alternate between the other two sites as well as ensure that any damages are reported properly.
They are looking for candidates who are reliable, flexible and take great care in their work.
The roles responsibilities include:
Key Responsibilities include:
•Provide a high quality cleaning service that includes tasks such as vacuuming, mopping, dusting, emptying bins, cleaning the kitchen area and polishing surfaces.
•Other duties requested by the line manager on site
•Using cleaning equipment and cleaning chemicals, e.g. the vacuum cleaner and mop
•Cleaning and maintaining the communal facilities, e.g. toilets, kitchen areas
•Maintenance of the car park
•Completing cleaning schedule paperwork
Requirements for the Cleaner Role
•Can work alone without supervision
•Is reliable and responsible with a flexible approach to work
•Has previous cleaning experience
•Able to follow clear directions
•Good organisational skills to ensure all duties are complete within the required timeframe
•Ensure that policies relation to health, safety, hygiene and housekeeping are observed
•Good levels of communication and interpersonal skills
•Clean DBS / criminal background check
