My client has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Chef De Partie who is looking to work in one of the UK's most recognised luxury 5* Hotels in the New Forest, Hampshire.
This client prides themselves in their ability to bring the best out of their chefs with constant learning provided and freedom to experiment with new flavours by sourcing fresh ingredients every day from their own gardens and greenhouses to create new menus and keep the passion to deliver amazing dishes every day.
The group is made up of a personal collection of six well-established hotels with a supreme touch of interior excellence. The hotels include different restaurants and lodges, which are situated on the South coast and in the heart of the country with breath-taking grounds to complete the overall experience.
They have an array of fresh meats and produce grown and reared on the grounds seasonally to give the freshest possible food to align itself with the luxury of the hotels and the experience of staying and eating with them.
