I am looking to speak with either a Chef de Partie or experienced Commmis Chef based in and around the West Kent area.
Our client is a bistro pub that offers fine dining within a warm and friendly environment to match, they are looking to add to the team with an experienced Chef de Partie or possibly an exceptional Commis Chef looking to take the next step in their careers.
Quality home cooked food is the dish of the day, and experience of cooking fresh food from scratch is a must.
Key candidate skills
•Minimum 2 years relevant kitchen experience
•Experienced cooking from scratch
•NVQ Level 2 desired
•Own transport required due to rural location
•Basic Salary –£20,000 - £22,000 (OTE £26,000)
•Hours – 50-55 per week
•Days – Tuesday - Sunday
•28 Days Holiday
